Theoretically LR200 is able to poll data from multiple register address at the same time where all the register address are the same ID providing that all the register address are in one data packet and the packet is less than l50 bytes or the less the better to avoid data loss.

Polling data from multiple register address at the same time is not possible if each register address is handled as one individual data packet. This is because LoRa works  like half duplex RS485 wirelessly where transmission is one-directional and only one data packet can be transmitted at a time.
